M4vative provides professional consulting and digital services, including but not limited to:

• Brand and marketing strategy consulting
• Cloud migration and IT infrastructure

• Java consultancy and software development
• 24/7 technical support

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of M4vative and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in their individual service agreements, unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Review and provide timely feedback on deliverables
• Make payments according to agreed timelines
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur interest as permitted by Belgian law
• M4vative reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of 3 years.

7. Limitation of Liability

M4vative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. M4vative reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
